Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer}14/F10.5.21 re the above, we have now had another instance of this failure on a car belonging to Mr. Wanamaker, Chassis No. 79, 137W The car came to the works with a complaint of the axle being noisy on theover-run, which on dismantling was found to be in a similar condition to that reported in our memo. above mentioned.
