Hd{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}/SB.{Mr Bull/Mr Bannister}36/HR.7.4.37. concerning the failure of the above chassis due to water in the ignition ballast resistance box we have not heard of this fault before but we think that the trouble in starting would be due to a bad connection on the resistance, caused by the water acting on the wire at the terminals, rather than shorting as suggested in the letter.
