Your ref: Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. 3/MA Dear Sirs, In reply to your letter of the 15th inst, regarding the Bosch dynamo recently supplied to you, we regret to note that you are experiencing difficulty with this. Immediately we receive this machine we shall carry out a complete test and in order to enable us to make an exhaustive report on this, we should be glad if you could furnish us with the following particulars:- 1) The speed at which the dynamo has been driven. 2) Whether the tests carried out were road or bench tests. 3) The load on the dynamo and the size of battery used. 4) How long the dynamo was in operation on open circuit.
