Mr Barrington for T.C. Mr Baily advised 24.5.12 May 24th 1912. RE COTTON BELTING CLUTCH. With reference to the above taken off 1200 car owing to fabric leaving the cone this has had the extra rivets put in to D.O. instructions but is not yet as good as a leather clutch for disengaging. We should like a new cotton fabric clutch fitted with these extra rivets as the fabric on 1200 had stretched badly. X356 E.P. | ||
