We have received your letter of the 12th.inst.
Mr. Pope has notified the Paris Office of the correct number.
etc. of the car which is - 12-EX-EAC-Vlll. The engine No.
is 9-EAC-11. There is no alteration to any numbers, the
EAC-Vlll is an addition and signifies the series only.

We are booking the car to cross over on Tuesday
the 20th. July by the afternoon boat, and wish you to meet
us with the necessary papers and number plates, also cash
as I instructed (copy to Mr. Steel). We shall wire you
C/O Hotel Christol Bristol. In case we are delayed, we
expect you to remain at Boulogne until otherwise notified.
