Mr Royce's memo R3/P 31.7.14 :-

"Where are the set of wheels which have been
"waiting six months for a suitable car to
"test them on. If there is nothing novel
"about them, let them be put on the next car
"which is sent to me viz., the new experimental
"car which is to have the 4/13 gear box."
