[Handwritten in purple ink] A.T. X457 Nov (circled) I do not want to state that the fouling springs an unimportant matter, but have become much more important than the steering gear troubles. The steering parts are so generous that therefore minimum possible chance of defect. For chassis No. 1619 [Stamped] RECEIVED 6 APR 1913 W.M. [Typed - upside down and fragmented] ...that other improvements are to hand for Series 2800, these are ridiculously small. ... a feeling of irreversibility of the ... bearing on the steering engine. ...that it will...
