2nd Drawer Tin Cabinet Electrical Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}S/ML. 5.9.40. J.Lucas.Ltd., Great King Street, Birmingham. 19. For the attention of Mr. Lucas. Dear Lucas, I would like to apologise for not looking after you properly at the Works yesterday. I am afraid I must have appeared extremely discourteous, owing to not being able to see you before lunch-time, and furthermore, I am afraid that the Commissionaire left you standing in the Hall without telling anybody that you had come, for some little time. You visit our Works so seldom that I am exceedingly sorry that this should have happened. Yours sincerely, | ||
