Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.,
DERBY.

Dear Sirs,

We acknowledge receipt of your letter of the 27th inst.

We have a certain amount of data from the U.S.A. on the subject of optimum power, and have carried out a few experiments ourselves.

We think it would be well if our representative - Mr. L.J. Lambourn - could talk the subject over with you to determine on what lines further experiments might be carried out.

Mr. Lambourn will telephone you for the purpose of arranging a suitable time for the visit, if this is agreeable to you.

Needless to say, we shall be glad to cooperate with you on the subject.

Yours faithfully,
For DUNLOP RUBBER CO LTD.,

A Healey
Works Director.
