With reference to the attached, I do not remember ever suggesting or agreeing to aluminium for a carbon brush to slide through. Do other makers use this ? If not, an extended trial would be needed. There is a very easily manufactured and better brush holder designed by us for 20 H.P. I suggest if any alteration possible, we adopt this. R.{Sir Henry Royce} | ||
