Dear Sirs, We would refer to the visit of your Mr. Hardy to us yesterday and have to inform you that we have now looked into the position of the rollers which we have in hand for your 25/30 car and which you require to be modified for the future in line with the drawing which your Mr. Hardy brought us yesterday. We regret to inform you that the position of the 405 on order from you is that 213 have already been delivered to you and the balance of 192 is practically finished. We further regret to state that it would not be possible for us to modify these rollers to come into line with your revised requirements. In view of the above, we should be glad if you would kindly send us your further instructions. Assuring you of our best attention at all times.
