For the attention of E.H. Doughty, Esq.

Dear Sirs,

We are returning to you under separate cover your copy of E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Wooler's paper on U.S.A. car practice.

The paper has been passed round to all our car designers, who have been very interested, and we wish to thank you for the loan of it.

We shall shortly have some of the Timken bearings on test in our steering gear, and will let you know the results.

Yours truly,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
