BENTLEY IMPROVED AXLE CONTROL - RR.Sch.966.

Before the above parts were made, Sft.{Mr Swift} intimated that the increase in cost would be 2d per chassis. The standardisation sheet, however, shows an increase of 13/11d.

If Sft{Mr Swift}'s original estimation is incorrect, it would be interesting to see how the money is spent. It had been hoped that the construction of R.R. Sch.966 would show a reduction in cost.

Have you got any comparison cost figures for the two designs which we might see?
