The Watchman here asked if you will give them written instructions authorizing them to stop anyone going out of the gates during working hours, unless they have a written pass-out signed by their foreman. Chocolate and cigarettes become an attraction at the small shop occasionally!

Possibly a notice in the shops and drawing offices would be a help.
