I quite agree with BYS/G30.3.31.. re. Maybach jaws.

so far we have not had much success with these.

Anyway we should not feel like paying either £1500. or £4. 12. 6. per chassis. We would rather put the money in extra work in the designs.

According to what Mr Ricardo tells me his firm does not demand in royalty such a relatively high price - i.e. for his combustion chamber on a 4 litre engine they charge £1. = 5/- per litre.

We can use the same as Bentley is adopting if we wish.
