Referring to ES/HP151132., and LeCs. 3259. and 3276.

(1) I am glad dry dampers are found an improvement. Certainly our old ones of this type were less exacting.

(2) I agree to the fan pulley on flywheel.

(3) The lip to prevent ingress of dirt might look backwards instead of facing the mud, and might be better and simpler to make.

(4) The conical surface in the hubs would be better for machining if run straight out, both for reaming and grinding. The key could be made good enough, in fact, it is not really needed at all (test if this is true.) I see the key is principally needed for locking the nut.
