Unit E.S.M. (large bore) The original cylinder head manifold were replaced on this unit after decarbonizing. R.R. 100 asbestos washer fitted between carb. flange and manifold .625" thick. Aluminum ball .812" dia. fitted to mock up drain pipe. R.83210 spring fitted to radiator thermostat. Controls and air silencer bend fitted to suit higher position of carburetter. Specification of carb. as previously on 18-G-IV O.T.S. Choke 1 3/4" dia. Main metering jet .062. Bypass jet .040 (drill size) Main discharge tube with single feed hole 36. Idle tube jet 64 Pump jet 70 and set on minimum stroke. Air bleed. 70. Leaking .130 Petrol level .625" Standard 25 H.P. carburetter filter fitted to float chamber. Hm{Capt. W.
