Modifications to contacts, charging rates, and field resistances in relation to a vibrator control system.

| (2) carried out, and what modifications would be necessary to the contacts, and also with a view to framing a specification of the charging rates, and finding appropriate values for the field resistances. We do not regard such a scheme as in any way replacing the vibrator control. We are hoping that the latter will solve our future difficulties, but there have been disappointments with it in the past, so that we do not like to count on it too much until it has proved itself out thoroughly on test.
