MILLWRIGHTS' REQUISITIONS.

The following notes are intended to make rather clearer the procedure with regard to Millwrights' Requisitions.

1. "A" type requisitions for general work should be taken straight to the Millwrights Department. "A" type requisitions for wood working, concreting or building should be taken to the Equipment Dept.

2. All "B" and "C" type requisitions must be taken to the Equipment Dept. In no case should these requisitions be taken direct to the Millwrights Dept.

3. In every case the Department Number requesting the work must be stated. Where work is to be done on a machine, a furnace or other capital plant, the Rolls-Royce Number of such machine, furnace etc. must be stated.

4. When it is desired to move a machine or machines, the Rolls-Royce Number of the machine and the new and old Department No. must be given.

5. Rush jobs costing more than 30/- can be started on an "A" type requisition, but the "B" or "C" requisition must be made out at the same time, so that work can be continued on the "B" or "C" when the "A" sanction is exhausted. In these cases the "A" job number must be quoted for reference on the "B" or "C" requisition.
