I enclose cylinder block wear chart for January, 1937.

We are of the opinion that the strangling of the Carburettor when starting has a lot to do with the wear of the cylinders and it would be wise to alter the control, so that it had to be held on for starting, leaving three notches for running purposes while cold. This would be ample until warmed up.

It could be easily arranged, see sketch.
