During the interview, our representative introduced to you our ALKLUM Steelblock battery. This is a battery put up in a steel container consisting of the requisite number of cells insulated from each other, of sufficient capacity to do any duty within its capacity. The battery is a new design and is manufactured under British Patent No. 394124, and the internal resistance has been reduced to such an extent that the battery is now capable of delivering the heaviest discharge currents and yet maintain at the terminals a P.D. equal to a lead acid battery. We have supplied a considerable number of these to Fire Brigades, Ambulances and similar people.
