The Royal Automobile Club,
Pall Mall,
London, S.W.1.

Dear Mr. Phillips,

Mr. Hall has handed on your letter of July 29th. to me.

It is very kind of you to offer to give us passes again this year and the people concerned are -

Mr. E.W. Hives.
Mr. C.T. Salt.
Mr. R.H. Coverley.
Mr. W.A. Robotham.

Last year you were good enough to give Mr. Hives and myself passes which enabled us to walk around the course, this we were able to do and very much appreciated the privilege extended to us. We should be most indebted to you if you could allow the two of us to do the same this year.

Yours sincerely,
