Failure of P.100 Headlamps.

With reference to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.5/MA23.1.35 addressed to Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}, can you please let me know whether the strengthened dipper bracket to which you refer will also prevent the fracture of the flexible connection between the dipper and the main body of the lamp ?

You will remember there have been several criticisms of this flexible connection being rather too stiff and breaking through the continuous bending caused by the movement of the dippers.

I should like to be able to write to Barkers, who sent us a strong criticism of this features, if you are able to state that this strengthened dipper bracket gets over this trouble as well.
