Dear Sirs,

RE TUNGSTEN CONTACTS.

We thank you for your L/516 pointing out that you now have a new composition of Tungsten designed to meet the special conditions of magneto contacts, and ask us to test this on our magnetos.

You will remember that we previously sent you two magneto contact breakers from Watford magnetos, and that you tipped these with your tungsten contacts for us to test. We still have these two contact breakers by us, and we think it would be a good scheme to again send you these so that you may replace the contacts with some of your new composition. We shall then be pleased to run these again on one of our aero engines and let you know how they behave. We are therefore sending you these two contact breakers.

Yours faithfully,
