Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of 5th inst. and in reply beg to say that as you are only requiring three pairs of Contacts, it would not be practicable to make these up specially, owing to the need for special tools.

We, however, have a standard Contact in stock which is very similar to those sketched by you, and which, subject to your approval, we propose to supply against your order.

We enclose these Contacts herein, and would suggest that in order to save time you fit D.51408 into Lever D.71438 yourselves. You will find no difficulty in doing so, as the shank of the rivet and the base of the head are made of steel. Please, however, be careful not to tap the face of the contact or to grip roughly the tungsten section at the sides. The best way to fix the contact into the lever would be to spin it in.

Always with pleasure at your service,
We are,

Yours faithfully,
THE L.P.S.ELECTRICAL CO.LTD.
