Dear Mr. Daniell,

Thank you for your letter of November 25th. As arranged with someone in your Department by telephone on Saturday morning, we will fit a 1410 type joint to keep the car running, and this we hope to receive from you to-morrow.

In the second paragraph of your letter you say you will make some 1350 type joints to give our required 26°. It does not matter to us whether this is a sliding joint or fixed joint. We should be glad, however, if you would send us your drawing of what you intend to do so that we can keep our arrangement drawings in order.

Thank you for sending the sample joint, which we will return in due course.

Yours sincerely,
