Dear Sirs, We thank you for Order No. 72461 dated 7.10.38, issued in connection with our letter of the 3rd instant. We would point out, however, that our Technical Department placed in hand 144 Piston Rings Part No. E.60821; of these, 72 were to be hammered and 72 heat formed. Our Technical Department then suggested that you should have half of each normal Rings and the remaining half cell-faced, so that we have four items of 36 each to deliver.
