COUPLING FABRIC FAILURE.
March Quarter C.C. - 2 11 13 } 35 An improved type of coupling with machine rivetted driving plates is now being used on all Ph.I and Ph.II Chassis. We have had no failures with this type. See Depot Sheets Hd{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy}163/167/178/180/194. The new coupling is fitted whenever there are signs of failure of the original couplings.
