Dear Sirs,

In reply to your letter of January 1st with regard to Castings, your Part No. GB.4178, as you will no doubt appreciate, our Machine Shop capacity is very heavily loaded and quite frankly we should prefer you to arrange to get these Castings machined elsewhere, if possible.

If, however, this is not possible and you will send us on the Castings, we will do our best with them, but are afraid that we cannot give you any definite promise for delivery.
