X8650 999 MEMO. FROM W. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} REYNOLDS & Co. (RICHARD JOHN DINGLEY, PROPRIETOR.) KEY HILL DRIVE, BIRMINGHAM. SPECIALISTS IN IGNITION CONTACTS, PRECIOUS METAL DEALERS, ETC. TELEPHONE CENTRAL 1472 TEL: NORTHERN 1472. 2nd October 1924 Ref. No. R/ 999 Messrs Rolls Royce Ltd. Derby Gentlemen, Re our Mr Dingley's conversation with your Mr Royce on the B'ham Metal exchange this afternoon. We have much pleasure in enclosing the sample Rivets in solid 10% Gold 90% Silver Alloy, made by hand, of course quantities would be made in tools, also we have enclosed one rough finished rivet fitted to a piece of hack saw blade, this, as explained to Mr Royce, was done very roughly to show that they are easily rivetted, should you experience any difficulty in fixing same we have no doubt, but what we could fix them satisfactorily as we have the type of press and tools suitable for this operation. We have enumerated previously on the allround superiority of the solid rivet over the brass and alloy faced. We trust therefore that our samples are satisfactory, and that we may receive your esteemed orders, which shall have our prompt attention. We are Gentlemen, Faithfully yours, W. H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} Reynolds & Co. | ||
