We have recently had occasion to test out several Phantom III engines and on each engine the oil feed down the push rods has been very scanty and which we consider is inadequate. In each case we have corrected this by reverting to the original standardised position of oil feed holes in the rocker shaft, i.e. horizontal, which for some reason has been dropped to a position of 40° below the horizontal.
