HAND BRAKE B.III. B.30. B.80.

Will you please add to the LOP of all B.III type cars the water shield which is standard on the lowermost part of wraith hand brake lever. This has been found essential in France. The wraith shield should fit as the lever is similar on the two cars.

Will HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr} please fit these shields to 9.S.V. and subsequent cars.
