Great King Street,

For the attention of Mr. W.E.Watson.

Dear Sirs,

As you know we have had a lot of trouble with Lucas wind tone electrical horns on our 20/25 HP. chassis.

In this connection your Mr. T. Harris paid us a visit a few days ago. We now have a car in London, which is reported to be giving continual trouble due to the horns failing, and we are wondering whether you would be willing to send one of your technical representatives to overcome the trouble.

If you decide to do this, will you please get in touch with our Mr. G.W.Hancock, Care of Roll-Royce, Lillie Hall, Seagrave Road, Fulham, London.S.W.6. who is in charge of the car.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
