Dear Sirs, In reply to your letter of the 28th November, we have not quite completed our investigations of a modified valve arrangement for your covering discs, but we can say that the matter is progressing. The sample disc has been treated with a rubber application at the periphery and it will be slotted to take a temporary valve arrangement which we are intending to demonstrate as the principle of what might be done on production.
