To Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. from E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} WST 86113 E.10/HP.3.6.33. c.c. Ex. Sft{Mr Swift}/Mr Brock. Ignition Coil Impregnating Wax. Referring to your Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.8/MA.31.5.33, the results obtained with the T.C.C. wax as regards insulation resistance are remarkable, being ten times as good as the paraffin wax at 100°C and nearly twenty times as good at 60°C. We should like to know if supplies of this new material could be obtained for our own use, and we ought to find out at the same time if possible more about its composition and specification.
