To R.{Sir Henry Royce} from BJ. As Sales officials had so often approached me on the subject of suggested improvements, and realising the difficulty of arriving at an order of urgency, I had arranged during the past two weeks at the suggestion of Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}, that he should always keep Sales informed of all experimental improvements in hand, so that Sales can discuss with him which improvements seem to them to be the most important items from Sales' point of view (which will of course be subject to your final decision). We can by this means keep before Sales officials the suggestions and improvements in their relative importance and urgency. I hope you will agree that this will assist in preventing any further difficulties or misunderstandings arising in the future. H.BJ. (Stamped across document: COPY) | ||
