Conclusions.

The success of this type of car is undoubtedly in the rigidity obtained from the bolting together of the flexible parts, and the method of fixing the body to the chassis.

In fairness to the 25 HP. and Bentley chassis it must be remembered that the Graham has not been through such a severe test as the former cars, owing to the fact that the shock dampers are single acting, and very much reduced in poundage.

From the body section of the weights list it will be seen that some of these weights are on the heavy side, especially the front wings and running boards. The weight of the front wings includes 2 wing stays of 3 inch section which are welded to the wing edge.

At the conclusion of 10,000 miles the paintwork was in excellent condition externally. The mudguards had been cellulose sprayed underneath; this has helped to keep out rust. When the door panels were removed the underneath side was found to be in a very rusty condition.
