Unless we are definitely waiting for work in the Experimental Dept. no work should be done on "Vulture" or "Buzzard", but rather than stand still, such work as you think will eventually be part of a finished engine or chassis, should go forward. If there are any parts that your judgment renders them of doubtful value, they should be withheld at present until we are sure that such work will be useful.
