Y3806 The operation of the oil pump is very unsatisfactory. At no time can one be sure of giving a complete charge of oil after depressing the lever. We find that this varies according to how quickly the lever is released after being depressed. The valve is too sluggish in action, the spring not being of sufficient strength.
