Replying to the minutes of the Testers' Conference held on Wednesday, 2nd April 1941:-

Item 1 - Spring gaiters have now been fitted to 12.B.V.

Item 3 - We are still waiting for the completion of the steering pivots by HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}

Item 6 - We have not yet been able to do anything with 9.B.V's body mounting.

Item 9 - The modified axle pieces are now being fitted to 30.G.VII. It should be noted here that the axle gears on both 4.B.50 and 30.G.VII have just failed.

Item 15 - A separate list is attached, showing the various cars' respective oil consumptions.

Item 18 - The light wheels will be fitted to the Vauxhall as soon as the car is on the road again.

Item 21 - A set of India tyres arrived at Clan Foundry on 28th April. These will be tested as soon as convenient.

Item 24 - The general condition of 4.B.50 is good, apart from the rear axle. Oil consumption over 3584 miles was 1792 M.P.G., and petrol consumption over 232 gallons was 12.4 M.P.G.

Item 27 - A report has already been issued to Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} as to the specification of the Senior Range gearboxes being made by HPS.{Horace Percy Smith - Experimental Factory Mgr}

Item 37 - Mr. Breeden's car has been delivered to the customer, as also has Mr. Devereux's.
