Attached is a list of cars licenced to the 31st inst - please say which licences require renewing from January 1st next and for what period. Please also confirm that the particulars given (extracted from the Registration Book) are in order. We give below a list of the General and Limited Trade Licences - please say whether all these should be renewed. If we can advise the Licencing Authorities of our requirements within the next fortnight we can avoid the usual delay in obtaining licences consequent upon the New Year rush.
