The following are the particulars that are called for in the sheet you have sent:-

1 Rolls Royce 18 hp.
2 Chassis, 3 PEREGRINE 11. Reg. No. R.C.990
3 Time, about 7 p.m. 7.2.33.

6 Lucas dipping headlamps failed to function and had to be blanked out. Side lights not sufficient to see anything in front of car, sketch already sent.
7 Driver on O.S. French rule.
10 Approximately 15 mph.
11 Two Lucas horns, none sounded.
12 Side lamps lit only.
