To Roy{Sir Henry Royce}/AES. from Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/EAG. 1021 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/EAG.1/ET.5.11.41. With reference to the attached letter from the Empire Rubber Company, dated 31st October, they appear to have got mixed up between the drawing No. and the part No. The reason is that 18005 is the drawing No. of an arrangement in which two rubber sections are shown. The actual part No. of the rubber that we required was RB.{R. Bowen}18103, but as we have now received all the material that we have asked for from these people, there will be no occasion for you to trouble further with the matter, other than there may be some misunderstanding when the material is invoiced. If I have not made this matter clear, please re-fer to me again. Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/EAG. | ||
