Bentley Bumper Bars.

We have recently broken the spring plates of the Bentley stabilising bumper bar on the bump chassis.

As this is a serious failure we wish to try the modification shown on N.Sch.4301. The above scheme has been detailed for use with 0.312 dia. U clips, but we now use 0.375" dia. clips, so that the details will have to be altered slightly. It will also be necessary for us to supply the longer clips required for this modification.

Will you please make new detail drawings and manufacture the parts necessary for 2 bumper bars.

We are not interested in the part of the above N.Sch.4301 which concerns the fixing of the number plate.

Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/F.J.Hardy.
