Rolls-Royce & Co.,Ltd., Derby. For the attention of Mr. Leslie. Dear Sirs, We understand from our Burton Works, that you are requiring, for experimental purposes, three sets of four Engine Mounting Housings, as per sketch LEC.4507, each set to be of a degree of hardness different to the other two. It is understood that you wish to obviate the cost of elaborate moulds, and if you will send us the dimensional detail Drawings of both Bush and housing, which we understand you are preparing, we will attend to the matter as quickly as possible. If you would refer to this letter when sending further particulars it would be of some assistance. Thanking you, We are, Yours faithfully, BRITISH TYRE AND RUBBER CO.LTD.
