Dear Sirs,

Confirming the visit of our Representative, Mr. Parnell to your Works on the 15th instant and in regard to Experimental Tests on the Rolls Phantom Chassis with Lockheed Fluid Brake Equipment.

We understand from our Representative that there are a number of parts which you have been unable to get manufactured up to this time, but that you will forward drawings to us of the parts concerned, in order that we may investigate the possibilities of our producing them on your behalf.

We shall be pleased to receive these drawings at your earliest convenience, inorder that we may make the necessary investigation.
