Re Ex.15 - Test of Dunlop Detach. wheels.

With reference to the attached, as you are aware, we have two sets of Dunlop detachable wheels in our hands at the present time which we intend fitting to the Austrian Trials cars. We shall be able to form some opinion of these wheels after running them for a time. A third set will be delivered in the course of a day or two.
We do not propose to standardise the present design because we consider it unsatisfactory. Mr Bailey has in hand for attention a revised design of Dunlop detachable wheel eliminating the faults upon which we have complained in the past.
