MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTION B.V.

Further to our memo ref: Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}6/JS.{Mr Johnson's Secretary}27.4.40, we have noticed that on LP{Mr Lappin}'s chassis the cross steering tubes show evidence of fouling the torque arms, where they pass through the holes in the latter. This is, presumably, due to the hole in the torque arm not being to drawing.

We recommend that this point should be checked on all production chassis.
