Coverley - Production Engineer} 's suggestion of trying rubber rings under the top flanges of the cylinder liners, which appears to be a production help on the Merlin(Aero Engine) "F" engine, we are quite prepared to try these on Phantom III, and we have made a design LeC.5415 herewith.
