Gentlemen:
We wish to acknowledge receipt of your favor of the 21th inst., and have also received your purchase order number 73186 to cover the construction of sample sets of chain and sprockets, as per your drawing LEC-4132, which was forwarded to us with your letter of October 8th, 1934.
This blue print gives us dimensions of the sprocket centers, diameters and etc., but does not give us sufficient information as to the detail dimensions of the various sprockets for us to proceed with their construction.
Will it be possible, therefore, to give us complete detailed drawings of sprockets, showing bore and keyway dimensions, likewise hub design and other information that will make it possible for us to supply you exactly what you need to fit your engine design.
We regret that it is necessary to delay procedure of the work until we have these prints, but we feel it impossible for us to do otherwise.
